2.Surface Preparation

Remove damaged wall tiles: Take off any cracked or hollow tiles to ensure a level substrate.

Waterproofing: Apply primer, bonding agent, and JS waterproof coating according to the existing wall type (tile or cement mortar). In the shower area, the waterproof layer should reach at least 1.8 m high.

3.Measuring & Cutting
Measure the perimeter height of the bathroom and find the lowest point. Cut the panels to match this height so they sit flush with both the high and low spots of the floor.

4.Panel Installation

Positioning: Use the laser level to mark horizontal and vertical lines so the panels will be perfectly plumb and level.

Fixing: Secure each panel with both double-sided tape and structural adhesive for maximum bond.

Edge finishing: Fit matching corner trims to external and internal corners for a neat appearance.

5.Finishing Details

Clean excess adhesive: Wipe away any squeezed-out structural adhesive immediately to keep the surface tidy.

Grouting: Apply grout between the panels and the floor, door openings, etc., to enhance water resistance.

Temporary support: Brace the panels with wooden battens for 24 hours to ensure they set firmly.
